Information relates to both map and territory.

We might say that maps evolved; or even that maps are a biological invention; but information?

Consider the information of territory, before maps and biology, evolved; and if a map represents territory, and information constitutes a map, what is it of territory that a map represents?

What might we learn about the information of territory, by understanding more about the evolution of the mind?
